USC Aiken Scholar Nomination Form

USC Aiken is looking to recognize the brightest and most well-rounded juniors from your high school. Students who have applied themselves and been successful up to this point should be recognized, congratulated, and encouraged to continue the good work. We invite you to nominate juniors for the USC Aiken Scholars program who:
- Rank in the top 15% of the rising senior class,
- Scored at least 1100 on the critical reading and math portions of the SAT (1100 PSAT) or 21 on the ACT
- Are completing the college prep curriculum, and
- Actively involved in at least 2 extracurricular or community activities.
After you nominate your students, we will….
- Mail physical copies of their certificates to you at the address provided prior to their awards day
- Verify the students contact information
- Send a congratulatory package in the mail, including Aiken Scholar Swag and gifts
- Notify nominees about a special free admissions application opportunity in the fall that is just for them ($45 savings)
- Give first consideration into our Honors Program, housing, and other on campus amenities
These are just a few things that your students will have access to as they finish their junior year and welcome their senior year.

To nominate students please fill out the following form, or you can use our pre-established Spreadsheet.
Option 1 : Submitting an Excel Spreadsheet
Please download the spreadsheet Nomination Form, and complete as directed on the sheet. Please Do Not send us a different formatted list of students. As easy as that may seem, in 2019 we received nominations from 126 different high schools. In order to reformat, process, print certificates, and send them to you prior to your awards day, it becomes an overburdened challenge.
Option 2 : Completing the Form Below
Please complete the following form. Please DO NOT use the schools information for student's address and phone numbers. We will be sending each student a package of goodies and would like them to actually make it to the student. Each student will also verify their address via a phone call/text/Email prior to their swag and gifts being mailed out to them.
Last and most importantly, we use their given information to make sure they receive their perks such as a free application through the information you give us. If we cannot link the submitted information to the student’s application because there are no identical identifiers, they may not receive their perks as intended. Please help us reward your students with more than just a mere certificate on Awards Day.
