Late Stay Request

End of the Spring Semester Late Stay will only be approved for the following residential students:

Members of a University related and approved events or athletic teams who are required to be present at USC Aiken after the end of the semester, may apply for a late stay by completing the Late Stay Form
Late Stay Forms must be submitted by Wednesday, 24 April 2024 for review;

Residents will be sent an email with their approved Late Stay date on Thursday, 25 April 2024;

Residents who wish to remain in University Housing after Thursday, 2 May 2023 at 12:00 noon should complete the Summer School Housing Application and select the Maymester term (or the term that will best suit the time that you wish to remain in University Housing over the summer months).

If you have not submitted a Late Stay Form, your card access to University Housing (buildings and gates) will be suspended after 12:00 noon on Thursday, 2 May 2024. Only those residents on the approved Late Stay list or who have applied for and been assigned a Summer School assignments will be provided card access after 12:00 noon on Thursday, 2 May 2024.
